Under the Victorian Government restrictions our business will continue to run with minimal impact to our capacity to fulfill and dispatch orders.
OUR SHOP IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC
Our store is open to customers with a COVID safe plan in place.
- When you enter the store you will need to scan a QR code and register your details.
- Capacity limits exist for our store to ensure social distancing can be managed.
- Masks must be worn inside the shop as per government guidelines.
ONLINE ORDERING WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE
We have online ordering systems available to all of our major clients. These systems will still run and take your orders and these orders will still be processed. Our warehouse it still working at full capacity to pack and ship your orders.
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL BE PRIORITIZING ORDERS FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS AND THOSE INVOLVED IN CLEANING AND SANITATION SERVICES.
STAFF SAFETY IS OUR PARAMOUNT CONCERN
We are a family business and the safety and wellbeing of our staff and their families is our primary concern. We have implemented several additional safety practices in our office and warehouse to limit the spread of any germs or viruses to our workers.
This means all on-site fitting days usually conducted by ACC staff members have ceased until further notice. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused and trust you understand the reasoning behind this decision.
Any ACC staff showing any symptoms associated with covid-19 will be required to stay at home and monitor their symptoms with a 14 day quarantine period unless a negative covid-19 reagent test has been made.
Staff are maintaining safe distances from each other. Shared offices have been minimized. Lunch breaks have been staggered. All staff are exercising stringent hygiene protocols including the regular use of alcohol based hand sanitizer.
With cloud based systems in place our business is well prepared for disruptions such as this. All non-essential staff will be working from home to ensure they can stay as safe as possible.
